Google Announces Google Home Hub

If you don’t buy anything else from the Made by Google 2018 event, buy a Google home hub, and do it in the next 2 months.

” I live in a smart home with so many devices and so many apps just thinking about it now makes my head spin”

So the Made by Google 2018 event literally just wrapped up, and while thinking most of the announcements were cool, Google Home Hub stood out to me. Google is aiming this product squarely at me. I live in a smart home with so many devices and so many apps just thinking about it now makes my head spin. The Lifx blubs have an app, the Nest thermostat has an app, so do the smart switches, the door lock, the smart displays, and the list goes on and on. I was literally looking, a week ago into options on the market that would unifiy all the apps into one space. What I found was a splintered workaround using android tablets or all in one solution that cost thousands of dollars.  Fast forward a week and Google announces the Google Home Hub…

The photo above demonstrates how Google is pulling info from what they claim is over  2 million smart home apps and displaying them neatly into one compact device. You really have no idea how awesome this really is unless you live the smart home life. I can’t wait to get my grubby little mitts on this device in a few weeks and I’ll be back with a full review.

“It’s going to cost you $77 for a Google home with a  display”

Ok enough with me swooning over the home control features. Its a $149 Google home mini with a display, not only that Google is giving people that purchase one in the next two months 6 months of Youtube premium.  6 months of Youtube premium is  $72 value, take the $72 from the $149 and it’s going to cost you $77 for a Google home with a  display.

If you go to the google store and look under special offers there is a great deal with the nest hello doorbell that should work flawlessly with the Home Hub. Full review coming soon, be sure to bookmark TLRtechnology.com and come back often.

Buy TLR Technology a cup of coffee or energy drink.
