Misfit Announces The Vapor 2

Misfit has just announced the second version of their popular Vapor smartwatch. The newest version retains the same Wear OS functionality and features of the original. What Misfit did was take something good and make it better. The Vapor 2 now has a standalone GPS that no longer requires a smartphone connection. Other noteworthy editions are NFC (near field communication) this will allow the use of apps such as Google pay, and a very slight bump to the display resolution. So what will the new version cost you, The Vapor 2 will be releasing soon and set you back $250, that’s an addition $50 compared to the Vapor… I think its totally worth it for the GPS improvements and the addition of NFC.

I like the style and addition of NFC will likely cause me to make the jump from the Mobvoi Tic-watch E

It is worth it saying the Vapor 2 will not be using the newest Snapdragon 3100 series processor? It will retain the same Snapdragon 2100 that is used in the previous Vapor and most of the Wear OS smartwatches in the market. Overall I like the style and addition of NFC will likely cause me to make the jump from the Mobvoi Tic-watch E that I currently wear to the Vapor 2.
